Who among the friends who frequent refilling plastic bottles?
Are there any among you who do it always?

You should not carelessly use plastic bottles over and over.
Many of the dangers that lurk behind the plastic bottles are filled over and over again.
Starting from skin irritation, hormone disruption, respiratory tract and the worst is cancer.
Plastics are used because they are lightweight, do not break easily, and cheaply. However, the plastic also poses risks to the environment and health of our families. Therefore, we must understand the plastics safe for our use.
Did you ever see the bottom of a plastic bottle? Some of the symbols and writings were meant as below ..
1. PETE (polyethylene terephthalate).
This type of clear plastic or transparent in color and is widely used for bottles of mineral water, juice, and almost all other soft drinks bottles. Noteworthy is the bottle with this material is recommended only disposable.
2. HDPE (high density polyethylene).
This type of plastic has a stronger material properties, hard, opaque and more resistant to high temperatures. Commonly used for packaging milk bottle white, gallon of drinking water, folding chairs, and others. HDPE is also recommended only for single use only.
3. V or PVC (polyvinyl chloride)
Plastic is the most difficult to recycle. This plastic can be found on the plastic wrap (cling wrap), and bottles. The content of the PVC that contained DEHA in plastic wrap can leak and into the greasy food when heated. PVC potentially harmful to the kidneys, liver and body weight.
4. LDPE (low density polyethylene).
Plastic character is strong, somewhat translucent, flexible with a bit greasy surface. Made from petroleum and used for the food, plastic packaging, and bottles of soft. Power protection against moisture quite well. However, less good for other gases such as oxygen. Plastic is difficult to be destroyed but can be recycled. This material is good for the food because it is difficult to react chemically with foods that are packed.
5. PP (polypropylene)
PP is the best choice for plastic materials especially for dealing with food and drinks like a place to store food and drink in bottles for babies. Common characteristic is transparent bottles that are not clear or cloudy. Find this symbol when buying goods made from plastic.
6. PS (polystyrene).
PS is usually used as an ingredient where to eat styrofoam, disposable drinking places, and others. Polystyrene is an aromatic polymer that can release styrene material when food is in contact with the container. Besides the food, styrene can also be obtained from cigarette smoke, fumes and building construction materials. This material should be avoided, as dangerous to the health of the brain, interfering with the hormone estrogen in women that result in reproductive problems, growth and nervous system. In addition, plastic materials are difficult to recycle because it requires a very long process and a long time.
7. Other (usually polycarbonate) can be found in the foods and beverages such as sports drink bottles. Polycarbonate can release its main ingredient is bisphenol-A into food and beverages that may damage the hormone system. Avoid polycarbonate plastic material.
