Are you wondering why and whats is it ?
Incident is because there will be a lunar eclipse .
Partial eclipse occurs when the cross-section covered by the shadow of the earth's moon .
That happens when the earth is between the sun and moon on the same single straight line .

The types of eclipse :
1. Total Eclipse
~ There was the umbra region .
2. Partial Eclipse
~ Partial lunar surface in the penumbra region .
3. Penumbra Eclipse
~ All parts of the moon is in the penumbra .

Lunar eclipse will occur and can be witnessed in Indonesia on 16 June 2011 morning at 01:22 until 05:30 am . The peak of the eclipse occurred at 02:22 until 04:30 o'clock .
