Rarely there are people who have never seen a waterfall .
I've visited several places that there are waterfall .


What is waterfall ?
Waterfall is a geological formation of the currents flowing water because of erosion .
Ever see a bloody waterfall picture above ?
Bloody waterfall is a phenomenon that occurs in one of Glacier in Antartica ,in the valley of Mc Murdo south polar region .
First time a geologist who found the frozen waterfall in 1911 . Then they find a phenomenon that flows in the form of a red color .
They suspect the color is derived from a species of red algae .


So how do we talk about "Bloody Waterfall" in science ?
Here's the story...
  • Approximately 1,8 million years ago , taylor glacier trapped under the flow of water containing a collection of ancient microbes . They were trapped under the ice layer is very thick until naturally they grow . Independently these microbes live without light , heat, and oxygen . And they are trapped in a condition of high salinity and rich in iron . So that is red color same as our blood .
The waterfall can occur because there is a gap of glacier and the water is out , forming a waterfall . But not pollute the ecosystems inside .
The waterfall is a unique natural phenomenon and of course, magic in the visual as well as scientific .
