Ever have an unsetted sleep like a crushed ghost ?
When people said "have a cramp" .
Now let's discuss .
The incident above is called Sleep Paralysis .
Which means its a state of inability to move or the inability to control muscles of his body at the time awake or feel waking from sleep .
My friends said it was relathionship with ghost / jin . (I dont know about this ) .
There is also a call for blood ciculation which is not smooth / irregular due to wrong sleeping position .


Symptoms of Sleep Paralysis are :
1. Not able to move the body and muscles during sleep or waking for sleep .
2. Events such as hallucinations and dreams .
3. Occur repeatedly .
4. Feel shortness of breath .

The factors that cause is :
1. Increased stress .
2. Change in lifestyle .
3. Experiencing nightmares .
4. Sleep deprivation .


Sleep Paralysis is often associated with narcolepsy .
Narcolepsy is a neurological condition where a person sleeps isn't controlled .
Neurological characteristics are feeling of excessive sleepiness and is followed by muscle paralysis and hypnagogic hallucinations (pre sleep-dreams) .

Hm...it dangerous ?
I think its harmless . Because this usually only happens a few minutes .
However, the memory of that horrible sensation or nightmares usually lasting .

How to avoid Sleep Paralysis are :
1. Sleep isn't excessive .
2. Reduce stress .
3. Exercise regularly .
