Do you ever feel Insomnia ?
I would to discuss things that I normally feel that is Insomnia .
Insomnia is a symptom of sleep disorders, difficulty sleeping or repeatedly to maintain sleep even though there is opportunity .
Insomnia is caused by a psychological problem .
Usually too many minds , is going test , unfinished work , problems at work , and so forth .
Insomnia can affect all age groups . Genesis Insomnia increases with age .
Perhaps due to the stress that often get attacked by older people and people with Insomnia is said also that more woman . huhu ... :(

How can I reduce attacks Insomnia ?

1. Exercise Regularly
2. Sleep in a comfortable state
3. Reduce consumption of tea , coffee , alcohol ,  cigarettes
4. Use bed just for sleeping
5. Listening to music , practicing breathing and meditation
6. Not thinking about anything like office tasks , exams , jobs
7. Sleep and wake up in regular periods of time

I often experience Insomnia , hehe .
Remember that sleep is a basic requirement of the body for growth and repair the affected organ .
Take it easy :)
Insomnia is not a congenital disease and thus be easily cured . Cling !!! Abracadabra... Insomnia is gone :D
