Good morning, Koritsi!
Koritsi mean girl in Greek.
This day, March 8. We're celebrating International Women's Day.
What is International Women's Day?
International Women's Day (IWD), originally called International Working Women's Day, is celebrated on March 8 every year. International Women's Day is a global day celebrating the social, economic, cultural and political achievements of women. The day also marks a call to action for accelerating gender parity.

The earliest organized Women's Day observance was held on February 28, 1909, in New York. International Women's Day is a collective day of global celebration and a call for gender parity.

International Women's Day has a long journey to change gender equality. If you know.. MANY time I see some people say that girl can't pass male, a girl can't do anything, a girl just makes a mess and much more. It's so cruel, right? Maybe not only me who get some people say that to me. But, the harsh one is, I don't know about this male problem with me. He said that I can't do anything except sleep and play a game. 😲 I keep remembering who say that to me until now 😊

Purple is the color of International Women's Day, thanks to its strong ties to the women's suffrage movement and as a symbol of dignity and justice. In another psychology color, purple and violet relate to the imagination and spirituality. (Violet and purple are different, violet more bright than purple. Purple simply mix from red and blue with this combination you'll get purple). However, for this year, organizers recommend wearing red instead of purple.

International Women's Day from 1908 until now really has a long journey. You can read about IWD journey in here.

This Women's day make me think about one activist. Malala Yousafzai or Mala is a Pakistan activist for female education. She is known mainly for human rights advocacy for education and for women, where the country (Taliban) had at times "banned" girl from attending school. You're really inspirational women Mala! 😍

I wish every girl or woman in the world can do anything they want. And the gap between women and men can change. In this world, many women should go to school. Many women should work for her family.
Stop doing bullying (bullying her body, bullying her face, and much more). Later, I found something like bullying really cruel in social media.
Stop saying that girl or woman can't do anything! Let them try.. 😲

Do you know that your mother is a woman?
They not just can be priest, they can be warrior in real life 😄
Happy International Women's Day! #BeBoldForChange 😍
